Drumshambo Galánta Single Malt is the first Single Malt Irish Whiskey distilled in Ireland’s western province of Connacht in over 107 years! Distilled by Brian Taft, each bottle is individually numbered.
"Every precious drop is triple distilled at the shed distillery of PJ Rigney with Irish Malted Barely & Matured in Kentucky Bourbon Casks.
Nose: A wealth of golden caramel, with wood-filled notes of nut, and roasted toffee.
Palate: A delicious balance of honey, roasted nuts, and hints of sweet apple, followed by a warmth of spice to excite the palate.
Finish: An elegant lingering finish that dances between pot-spice and sweetness."
